How to book your narrow boat hire holiday
- Choose the narrow boat you want from our Boat pages
- Email or ring us to check that the narrow boat is available and to make a reservation. We will give you a Booking Reference Number.
- Print out and complete our Booking Form and send it to us with your deposit.
- Make sure you read our Conditions
of Hire before Booking.
FUEL
Due to a substantial increase in the fuel duty charged on the red diesel from November 2008 we have deemed it necessary to ask you to pay for the actual fuel used during the course of your holiday.
We are sorry for this additional cost but can assure you that this will be offset by a decrease in our hire fees from the 2008 season.
The boat will be ready fuelled for your holiday with a fuel deposit payable on your arrival at the base. We have calculated this at £85 per week and £50 per short break as the cost of fuel is not included in the hire fee.
When you have completed your holiday we will either refund the balance after deducting fuel used or take the balance due from you for fuel used in excess of the deposit paid. We regret that due to the number of boats that we turn around we will be unable to refund or take the balance off you upon your returning the boat, we will therefore issue refunds and take balances due in the week following your return via your credit or debit card.
